What we collect
Account info (name, email, job title), content you submit (problem reports, company info, attachments), and technical data (IP address, device/browser info) used for security purposes like session management and rate limiting.
How we use it
To operate the platform (moderation, search, alerts you've opted into), communicate with you (verification codes, moderation results, receipts), and secure your account (login sessions, fraud/abuse prevention).
Third parties
We use SendGrid for email delivery, Cloudinary for file storage, and (when configured) a payment processor for report purchases. We don't sell your data to advertisers.
Your controls
You can update your profile, revoke active sessions, disable two-factor authentication, and permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account anonymizes your submission history rather than removing it entirely, since other users may rely on that shared data — see the Terms for details.
